How do I book my stay?
You can book your stay directly on our website: www.camping-inly.com or directly by phone at +33 2 99 90 35 09 through the NAÉ Vacances central office.
Can I arrive on a day other than Saturday?
Yes, except in July and August, it is possible to arrive on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday for rentals. For pitches, arrivals can be any day.

What payment methods are accepted?
Pay your deposit: on our website by credit card, bank transfer, or ANCV Connect holiday vouchers.

For your ANCV paper vouchers, it is preferable to send them to us by registered mail (without cutting them up). You can pay this balance in installments, at no additional cost, as long as this deadline is met.
Less than one month before your stay, we no longer accept payments by check.
Is the campsite VACAF-approved?
Since 2018, the campsite has no longer been VACAF-approved.
What time can we check in? What time should we check out?
Rental arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures are by 10 a.m. at the latest.
Pitch arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures are by 12 p.m. at the latest.
Is a deposit required upon arrival?
A €500 deposit for rentals will be required 30 days prior to your arrival.
An inventory is available by scanning the QR code on the welcome booklet on your map, which will be given to you upon arrival. No inventory will be carried out in your presence.
Can we arrive outside reception hours?
Yes, if you have booked in advance. Please let us know; we will prepare an envelope for you, which you will find at the bar/restaurant.
Does a child under two years old count as one person?
Yes, our insurance is based on the accommodation’s capacity, so your baby is covered like the rest of the family.
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to a mobile home?
No, you must rent a designated pitch.
How many people can stay on a camping pitch?
A maximum of 6 people are allowed on a pitch.
Are sheets and blankets included?
Yes, pillows and duvets are provided.
Sheets and towels are not provided, but they can be rented.

Is it possible to reserve a specific pitch?
Yes, you must subscribe to the pitch selection option for €39. We will then reserve the pitch of your choice. The "Pitch Selection" option allows you to permanently reserve a specific pitch. If you wish to reserve two pitches, you must select this option twice. This supplement can be used under three conditions:
If you wish to choose a pitch number based on availability.
If you have a specific request: near the pool, away from the activities, near the pond, sunny, shaded, etc.
If you wish to be near a loved one based on availability.

Is it possible to empty wastewater on the pitch?
No, but a designated area is available for this purpose in the campsite’s main washroom.
Can you bring a pet?
Yes, you can bring your pet in all our mobile homes, with a maximum of two. A supplement will be charged.
Please note that category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited on the campsite. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the campsite and cannot be left alone in the rental properties.
What are the opening hours?
The aquatic area is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in low season and from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in July/August.
Are swim shorts allowed?
No, only short swimsuits are permitted. All other clothing is prohibited in the pool area.
Is the aquatic area heated?
Yes, it is heated between 26°C and 28°C.
Can my child go to the pool alone?
For their safety, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the pool open to outsiders?
The pool is reserved exclusively for campsite guests. If you are a guest and are receiving visitors, a visitor rate will be charged for access to the aquatic complex.
Is it possible to rent baby equipment?
We offer rental of the complete kit (baby bed, high chair, stroller, and bathtub) for €49 per week or €9 per night.
You can rent a travel cot, high chair, stroller, or bathtub separately for €3 per night.
Wi-Fi Access
The campsite has free Wi-Fi in the bar/restaurant area, and a paid Wi-Fi connection is available at your pitch if you prefer. The rate is €4/day, €15/week, or €25/2 weeks.
Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?
Yes, but only charcoal barbecues. You can rent them directly from reception (€7 per day).
Is there a laundromat on the campsite?
Yes. It operates with tokens sold at reception. (€5 per token).
Is the campsite equipped with a charging station for electric cars?
The campsite is equipped with two charging stations. They are located at the street-side entrance to the campsite.
Breakfast
You can enjoy breakfast on site or take it away from the campsite restaurant between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. More information can be found on the business.
Can you fish in the pond?
Yes, you don’t need a fishing license. You must bring your own equipment.
What can you fish for?
Carp, eels, pike, bream, etc. Please return the fish to the water.
